Deep Stretch Workshop for the hips and upper back.
Using methods adapted from Yin Yoga, we hold slow, long, deep yoga poses (Yin) that calm the nervous system.
The progressive stretching will leave you feeling free of tension, relaxed and revitalised.
Arm Balance
Ever wanted to do an arm balance, or get an deeper understanding of technique?
We will break down the anatomy of each posture, build the strength and structure in your body parts required for each one, and then safely and effective get you into poses you never thought you could.
Morning Flow
In this workshop we will build a simple floor based practise designed to gently wake up the body, and focus on settling the mind and nervous system to keep you calm and productive for the day ahead.
