After 18 years of practising Yoga, it’s fair to say it is an inherent part of my life and my natural go to. Cut me in half like a stick of rock and Yogi is written down the middle!
I decided to become a Yoga teacher so that I could share the positive experiences with others. I believe the years of practice have built firm foundations and along with my natural calm, relaxed and fun teaching style, I gain my students trust and their confidence.
Yoga is not about just one person and every student is different both physically and mentally. So I create an inclusive environment and bring a sense of connection by acknowledging each student
